Hello and Welcome!

Hi, I’m Chef Jay… - I lost 200+ pounds this last year, and did it fairly easy. Before you ask… yes, I DID restrict my calories and exercise more; but the real secret was leaving a “carbohydrate” way of life, and embracing a “protein” point of view.
