Shipping & Handling Charges
Orders are shipped exclusively via FedEx Ground.  Our normal flat rate fee is $6.99 per order and it is delivered in 3-5 business days.
Please note that we ship Monday through Friday. Orders made after 12pm PST on Friday will ship the following Monday.
 
We also offer three additional options to expedite your order for faster delivery.  

  • Fed Ex Next Day
  • Fed Ex 2-Day Air
  • Fed Ex 3-Day Air

The cost for these services is based on the weight and delivery location of your order.  This information is provided inside our shopping cart, once you place the items in the order.  *Please note delivery is not available for P.O. Boxes

Product Availability
Most in-stock orders will ship by the next business day; however please allow  us 24-48 hours to pack your order for shipping. If this is not possible for some reason, we will notify you immediately. The total time to receive your package is dependent upon the shipping method you choose.
 
For example, if you select our normal flat rate deliviery, the transit time will be 3-5 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1-2 business days for packing + 3-5 business days (transit time), for a total of 4-7 business days from the time you place your order.
 
Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International Addresses
Shipping to P.O. Boxes is NOT available. Shipping to APO/FPO and International addresses are not currently available as a standard option. For these or any other special shipping arrangements, please call us at (866) 869-5226 or contact us for the status and charges for your specific location.
 
Tracking Your Package
We know you are eager to receive your order. When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment. You can also track the status of your shipment from Your Account.  

Return Policy
If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know.
 
How to Return an Item

  • Please contact us at (866) 869-5226 to get a return authorization as soon as possible. We will provide you with an address for your return at that time.
  • Please make sure to include the reason for return, along with your name, e-mail address, and phone number (so we may call you with questions) and send the package to the address above.
  • For your protection, please use UPS, Fedex or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

A credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be applied to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the result of an error by ChefJays.com.
